Master of Arts in Curriculum & Teaching
This master of arts degree is an accelerated sequence of courses for educators who desire to grow professionally as a curriculum leader at their school, district or institution. The program focuses on leadership and technology using a cohort model approach. Candidates are given a strong foundation through engaging and challenging content. This program is designed for candidates who are comfortable with interactive, online learning.
The following program options are available.
Graduates with this degree become curriculum leaders at their schools or in their districts. They develop the skills and expertise to facilitate curricular change to meet the needs of today's students. They are prepared to serve as a resource specialist, curriculum consultant or designer, either commercially or on district curriculum development teams.
When can I start?
This program is cohort-based, with new cohorts beginning every summer, or other semesters with individualized planning and approval.

- Statement of Intent (1-2 pages explaining your goals)
- Three references (see form below)
- Official transcript of BA/BS degree
- Letter of explanation if your GPA is under 2.75
Total Units: 32
This program takes four semesters with the project/thesis remaining.
Blended courses meet on the main campus in Fresno on the Saturday between each course.
